Email hello@tvmatch.app for help or feedback. Include the page, approximate time, and a short description of what happened, but never send a password, access token, or Google verification code.
Sign-in trouble
Confirm that you are using the Google account linked to your invitation, allow cookies for tvmatch.app, and retry from a fresh tab. Never send anyone your password or a Google verification code.
Missing titles or providers
Catalog and provider availability depend on TMDB, JustWatch data, and your group’s selected region. Retry later and confirm availability directly with the streaming provider.
Report a problem
Email the page, approximate time and time zone, device, browser, and a short description to hello@tvmatch.app. A screenshot is useful if it does not expose private information. Do not include passwords, access tokens, invitation links, Google verification codes, or sensitive personal information.
Account deletion
Signed-in users can permanently initiate deletion from Account settings. If you cannot sign in, ask the person who invited you to coordinate a verified deletion request.
